Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

These terms apply whenever you engage Dreamlayers for a project — website design, development, SEO, brand identity, or any other service listed on this site. By hiring us, you agree to them.

Engagements

Every project starts with a scope, timeline, and price agreed in writing (proposal, quote, or contract) before work begins. That document takes precedence over anything on this website if the two ever conflict.

Payment

Payment terms (deposit, milestones, final payment) are set per project in the agreement. Ownership of final deliverables (code, designs, content we created for you) transfers to you once payment is received in full — not before. Third-party assets we license on your behalf (stock photography, fonts, plugins) remain subject to their own licenses.

What we're responsible for

We deliver work matching the agreed scope, to a professional standard, and we'll fix defects we introduced at no extra charge for a reasonable period after delivery. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any project is capped at the amount actually paid for that project.

What you're responsible for

Providing timely feedback, content, and access needed to do the work, and using deliverables lawfully once they're yours. Ongoing hosting, domain renewal, and third-party subscription costs are yours unless a maintenance agreement says otherwise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia. Any dispute not resolved directly will be handled by the competent Tunisian courts, unless the signed project agreement specifies otherwise.
